These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AbortionHealing.ca and its content, assessments, guided prayers, articles, resources and related materials.
The website is operated by Mirtha A. Coronel, sole proprietor.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.
2. Purpose of AbortionHealing.ca
AbortionHealing.ca provides faith-rooted spiritual, educational and informational resources related to abortion, personal reflection, prayer, spiritual formation and pathways toward emotional and spiritual healing and restoration.
Resources may include:
the Full-Person Healing Assessment;
Full-Person Reflections;
Five Guided Prayers;
Scripture-based educational materials;
prayer resources;
books;
information about additional care or support; and
links to external resources.
The website is intended to support personal reflection and spiritual growth.
3. Not Medical or Mental-Health Care
AbortionHealing.ca does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, psychotherapy or other regulated health-care services through the general website.
The Full-Person Healing Assessment is a spiritual and educational self-reflection.
It is not:
a diagnostic instrument;
a psychological test;
a medical assessment;
a substitute for professional evaluation; or
a determination that abortion caused any particular emotional, relational, spiritual or physical experience.
Information on this website should not be used to diagnose or treat a medical or mental-health condition.
Questions concerning your physical or mental health should be discussed with an appropriately qualified professional.
4. No Professional Relationship
Your use of the website, Assessment, Guided Prayers, email contact or other general resources does not by itself establish a:
physician-patient relationship;
therapist-client relationship;
counsellor-client relationship;
legal relationship;
pastoral-care relationship; or
other regulated professional relationship.
If a separate service is offered that creates a specific professional or contractual relationship, its separate terms will apply.
5. Emergency and Crisis Situations
AbortionHealing.ca is not an emergency, crisis-intervention or suicide-prevention service.
If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, may harm yourself or another person, or requires urgent medical or mental-health assistance, contact the emergency services or appropriate crisis resources available where you live.
Do not rely on website forms, email or the Full-Person Healing Assessment for emergency assistance.
6. The Full-Person Healing Assessment
The Assessment is intended to help you consider whether areas of your life may deserve compassionate attention.
Your results or reflections:
do not prove that abortion caused a particular experience;
do not constitute a diagnosis;
should not be interpreted as a measure of severity;
do not determine whether you need professional treatment; and
do not promise a particular healing outcome.
You remain responsible for deciding what action, if any, to take in response to what you notice.
7. Guided Prayers and Spiritual Resources
The Five Guided Prayers and other prayer resources are provided for spiritual and educational purposes.
Prayer may be used alongside appropriate:
medical care;
psychological or counselling support;
pastoral care;
trusted relationships;
retreat-based support; and
other appropriate professional services.
Use of prayer or Scripture-based resources should not be understood as a requirement to discontinue or avoid professional care.
8. Faith Perspective
AbortionHealing.ca is explicitly faith-rooted and reflects a biblical Christian perspective centred on Messiah Yeshua.
Scripture quotations on the site are drawn from the Tree of Life Version (TLV) unless otherwise expressly identified.
Visitors are free to engage with the resources according to their own conscience and beliefs.
No person is required to agree with the site's theological perspective in order to access publicly available material.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Personal, emotional, relational and spiritual experiences differ from person to person.
We do not guarantee:
healing within a particular period;
complete resolution of emotional or spiritual concerns;
a specific personal transformation;
restoration of particular relationships;
particular medical, psychological, spiritual or financial outcomes; or
that a resource will be appropriate for every person.
Testimonials, stories or examples, if presented, reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.

You are responsible for your own decisions concerning:

participation in spiritual practices;
seeking professional assistance;

Coronel, sole proprietor, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:
reproduce substantial portions of the website;
republish resources as your own;
sell or commercially exploit website materials;
modify and redistribute proprietary materials;
copy the Full-Person Healing Assessment for another program or commercial service;
reproduce Guided Prayers as a competing product; or

Quotations from Scripture remain subject to the applicable rights and permissions of the Tree of Life Version and its rights holders.
