The Assessment is therefore private and does not require identifying fields, but it should not be understood as guaranteeing complete anonymity.
Our website platform may create a technical or non-identifying placeholder record associated with an Assessment submission, and Assessment responses may be stored within the website platform so the Assessment can function properly.
